Plugin Installation1. download plugin if it is in rar or zip file extension extract or unzip it firstly to get .8bf file extension
2. just copy and paste .8bf file to C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS3\Plug-Ins
3. usually when you add new plugin add it to existed folders related to its function usually add it in filter folder as all plugins are in that folder
